Returns

I hope you will be happy with your Fine Art Print. If you change your mind, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact hi@samaneh.world within the 14-day period and include your name and order details.

The print should be returned carefully packaged and in a condition that allows it to be resold. Please use the original protective packaging where possible.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. I recommend using a trackable shipping method, as you are responsible for the return until it reaches me.

Once the returned print has been received, your refund will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your print arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact hi@samaneh.world as soon as possible, preferably with photographs of the print and packaging, and I will help arrange a replacement or other appropriate solution.
